About the program

See It, Say It is a practical workshop designed to build staff confidence in recognising and responding to reportable conduct and other child safety concerns.

Participants explore the barriers that can prevent people from speaking up and develop practical strategies for raising concerns, navigating difficult conversations and responding appropriately when an allegation or concern arises.

Through case studies, discussion and practical activities, the workshop supports teams to strengthen reporting practices and contribute to a culture where concerns are identified, raised and addressed.
